Standard shipping is FREE on every order within Australia.

There is no minimum spend and no discount code required. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Express Shipping: $15.00 per order

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

            

Where We Ship

AJ Clothing currently ships within Australia only.

          

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

                   

Delivery Times

Available shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates are provided by the relevant carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Carrier delays

  • Remote or regional delivery locations

                   

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

If you have created a customer account, your order information may also be available through your account.

              

Delivery Address  

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

If an order is returned because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.

      

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different days.

This may occur when products are fulfilled from different locations or through different shipping services.

                      

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment details and, where appropriate, follow up with the relevant carrier.
